Your Profile:
- Completed degree, ideally in architecture, engineering, or real estate management.
- Experience in coordinating and managing construction projects.
- Familiarity with AHO, VOB, HOAI, as well as cost and schedule management.
- Ability to quickly understand, analyze, and make decisions.
- Enthusiasm for independent and responsible project execution within a team.
- Polished and professional demeanor.
Your Tasks:
- Project management / control according to AHO (all project stages and action areas).
- Project controlling, focusing on schedule, cost, and quality management.
- Optionally, preparing, conducting, and overseeing procurement procedures.
- Creating technical and economic feasibility studies.
