Let us realize your vision together – fairly, transparently, and with true passion for our work!

Frank Petschow
Managing Director
“Creating and shaping, moving both things and ourselves forward. Our action aims to realize living and working conditions in a contemporary and future-oriented way. It’s not just about art or aesthetics, but: Building is at least equally defined by utility, functionality, sustainability, and economic efficiency. True to the philosophy:
“Building is thoughts carved in stone”
expressing human aspiration and culture. What we do outlasts us. We do more than just what is feasible. Nothing less than that is our standard.”
Position:
Managing Director: This means courage, ideas, strength, perseverance, empathy, and leadership. The fundamental principle, however, is: “Who wants to lead must be able to serve.” This applies as a service provider, respecting our clients, but above all, respecting our employees! As value-oriented leaders, we must understand what our people need to successfully carry out their tasks independently. The complexity has grown so much that we must give people the freedom to judge the situation for themselves. A leader provides all meaningful support and offers all necessary assistance so that employees can perform their tasks in the best possible way. It’s about fostering and challenging. All of this forms the foundation for our shared success.

Dr. Nils Heinrich
Authorized signatory and Office manager Leipzig
“We lead projects to success by living them and making them our projects. Constructive and results-oriented communication with all those involved is the key to successful project management. Achieving the goal of optimal building utilization, considering the needs of the users, is our daily motivation.”
Position:
As an office manager and authorized signatory, I strive to constantly improve our internal processes and promote joint work and cohesion among employees through open and trusting communication. Appreciation and enjoyment of what we do is the basis for mutual success.

Christoph Böttcher
Office manager Chemnitz / Head of the project management department
“For me personally, work should be fulfilling and meaningful! And that’s exactly what I’ve experienced at PTAI for more than 15 years of joint project work.”
Position:
As head of the project management/controlling department, I am also responsible for the further development of the client representative team across all locations. By providing structured support at an early stage, we as project managers set the right course for joint project success for you as the client. Please do not hesitate to contact us! Jennifer Etling
Head of the architecture department
“Creativity is the fun you can sell as work.” – Andy Warhol
Position:
As head of the architecture department, I am responding to all my colleagues’ questions and concerns in our varied work to find solutions together and provide advice and support. A good sense of humor helps communication.

Ahmad Hussien
Subject area manager electrical engineering
“There are no small or big projects – every project is a priority and has its own value.”
Position:
We develop and plan systems that meet the highest standards of efficiency and sustainability. Sophisticated buildings and electrical engineering forms the basis for modern, energy-efficient and future-proof buildings. Our focus is on planning and implementing innovative electrical installations, advanced communication technology and intelligent building automation – for a safe and smart future.

Thomas Werner
Managing Director
“We represent and support our clients and building owners in all stages of development and questions relating to their project, as we are generalists and specialists in all areas of construction. All projects are important, regardless of size or investment amount.”
Position:
The strength of our company lies in its employees. I already see PTAI as a “partner in the team of architects and engineers.” Anyone who aims to be or become an architect and/or engineer is in the right place with us. The entire management team, and especially I, am more than happy to support the achievement of interim goals along the way. Our guiding principle remains: Lead by example.

Alexander Thiel
Managing Director
“With every project to which we contribute our passion and knowledge, a part of ourselves becomes part of the ‘trail of stones’ that we leave behind with our work. It’s a good feeling to look back on this trail and see what remains.”
Position:
For me, being Managing Director means setting a good example – being authentic, curious and willing to share my knowledge as a common resource. Everyone in the team should feel that their skills are seen and valued. Trust is created when we communicate openly, share responsibility and work every day to become better – as colleagues and as people. Ultimately, our success is the result of how well we support, challenge and celebrate each other.

Alexander Rudolph
Office Manager Dresden
“For me, sophisticated architecture is an expression of a culture that has become a form and forms the framework for our daily lives. The opportunity to help shape this framework in a creative and solution-oriented way forms the basis of my motivation.”
Position:
The key position of an architect in an office management role is associated with the challenge of successfully mastering the balancing act between administration, team organization and the actual planning tasks themselves.
It is therefore important to me to live up to this responsibility. I optimize both the processes within our interdisciplinary team and the targeted communication with clients, authorities and partners.

Ronny Wedemeyer
Head of Technical Building Services
“Courage is the beginning of everything that will be created, and when combined with the diversity of people, true sustainability in projects for the future becomes achievable.”

With extensive experience in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, sprinkler, electrical, and MSR technology, we ensure energy-efficient, sustainable, and future-proof building concepts.
